Uniontown Sports Physicals
- Date: May 1st
- Time: During the scheduled school day
- Location: Uniontown High School
- Free for all high school and middle school students
Girard Sports Physicals
- Date: May 4th
- Time: 8 am - 11 am
- Location: GMS Gym
- Free for all Girard High School and Middle School students
- No appointment necessary
Frontenac Sports Physicals
- Date: May 11th
- Time: By appointment only from 8 am to 12 pm
- Free for high school and middle school students
- Location: GMC of Frontenac Clinic
- To Schedule: 620.235.7008
Arma and Cherokee Sports Physicals
- Date: Throughout May
- Time: By appointment only
- Locations: GMC or Arma & GMC of Cherokee
- Free for high school and middle school students
