Meet Our Wound Care Team!
Dr. Douglas Brown has been practicing medicine for over 20 years, and has been practicing in Southeast Kansas for the past 19 years. He went to college in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the Oklahoma Baptist University. He then went on to the Oklahoma University Medical School in Oklahoma City. In the first three years of his practice, he worked in Clinton, Oklahoma for the Indian Health Services. He then moved to Claremore and stayed there 11 years before coming to Southeast Kansas.
When he isn't working, Dr. Brown enjoys fishing and making his own fly fishing spinners. Dr. Brown oversees GMC's pulmonary and cardiac rehab programs and is also the Girard Express Care provider.
