Mission & Purpose
“The mission of the Foundation, first and foremost, is to promote voluntary giving among the friends of the hospital. Whether for an immediate need or to meet a long-term goal, the Foundation solicits and utilizes gifts for specific use and gifts for unrestricted use in meeting the daily capital needs of the hospital. Additionally, the Foundation seeks to facilitate a better understanding, acceptance, and delivery of health care services at Girard Medical Center.”
It's an exciting time to be a part of the giving process to help our Hospital grow. Our annual gift contributions provide us with a strong base of support and we apply the funds where the need is greatest. We are your Hospital – and we need your help to continue to meet your healthcare needs and those of the people you love. A gift to Girard Medical Center is an investment in our community.
The hospital’s ongoing needs include:
• Equipment
• Special Projects
• Structural Improvements
• Expansions
