Welcome Dr. Katrina Burke to Girard Medical Center!
Launch the media gallery 1 playerIt is with great excitement that we introduce our new Primary Care Physician, Katrina Burke, MD to our Girard Medical Center (GMC) Family! Starting November 21st, Dr. Burke will be under the Girard Medical Center umbrella as Girard Medical Center of Fort Scott and will continue seeing patients at her current clinic location at 109 S Main St. in Fort Scott.
Dr. Burke and all her staff will be staying on, including nurse practitioner Kristi Harbit. GMC will be working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and to ensure that Dr. Burke, Kristi, and the entire staff are able to continue to provide the same great service they always have in the exact same location.
Current patients can call the office to ask that their records be transferred from the Via Christi Clinic to the GMC Clinic. Patients do have to request to have their health records transferred from the Via Christi electronic health record to GMC’s.
