Girard Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our hospital and clinics with a commitment to excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and community engagement.
As CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that our services effectively meet the needs of patients, physicians, staff, and the community. You will oversee the hospital’s overall performance, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investments. Your role will also encompass clinical operations, staffing, compliance, quality improvement, physician relations, and public relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated clinical programs.

Lead operational success, including program development, fiscal management, and compliance.

Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community partners.

Enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

Maintain open communication with the Board of Trustees, keeping them informed of key developments and challenges.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of five years of leadership experience in healthcare or an equivalent role.

Strong background in hospital operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
