This status does not imply a complete inability to leave your residence; infrequent and energy-taxing outings still qualify. Our expert home health team is adept at assessing and determining your homebound status. Our services are tailored to patients with recurring nursing or therapy needs as their primary requirement for care. This care is provided intermittently, with our professionals visiting periodically to bolster your independence.
