Clinical Operations Team Lead (RN) - Full Time
Girard Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full-Time Clinical Operations Team Lead. This is a 40‑hour/week working supervisory position responsible for supporting clinic operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, and promoting high‑quality patient care across all GMC clinic locations.
Position Overview
The Clinical Operations Team Lead supports the Director of Clinic Operations in coordinating and improving day‑to‑day clinical services. This role provides leadership to clinic staff, assists with performance improvement initiatives, and ensures consistent regulatory compliance and patient care standards across the system.
This position floats to all Girard Medical Center clinic locations and provides clinical coverage wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support, guidance, and mentorship to clinic staff.
- Float to all clinic locations to provide clinical coverage and operational support.
- Assist with workflow development, process improvements, and clinic efficiency initiatives.
- Support compliance efforts and promote consistency in patient care procedures.
- Perform quality data collection, data entry, and routine reporting.
- Partner with the Director of Clinic Operations on planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment across all GMC clinics.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (required).
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel between and work at all clinic locations as needed.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and data reporting (preferred).
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
